Now Open: The Plant Cafe Organic

In June 2009, The Plant Cafe Organic opened its doors on San Francisco’s Pier 3. Located along the waterfront of the embarcadero, The Plant Cafe serves up mostly organic fare using locally farmed produce. Sascha Weiss, the executive chef, developed the menus for The Plant Cafe’s two dining options: the quick-serve “Grab & Go” cafe and the main restaurant.

Robert Yick Company designed a kitchen to assist The Plant Cafe in its mission to create healthy, sustainable cuisine. Using quality stainless steel, Robert Yick Company fabricated:

dishwashing area
storage shelves
