Chef Jose Calvo-Perez opened Pasion – a restaurant offering modern Peruvian cuisine – in late 2010. Pasion is a wonderful family operation in the sunset district. Chef Jose takes great pride in Pasion’s Latin American-flavored food and lively atmosphere. We loved the wide selection of ceviches, which you can order from the “Ceviche Bar.”

Robert Yick Company worked with Pasion to build their kitchen.

Here’s what we made:

• insulated pan for oysters bar
• countertops
• bar rails
