Robert Yick Company produces high quality, durable Pork and Pig Ovens. The Pork Roaster is a great way to roast small portions such as suckling pigs, duck, chicken, and ribs. The larger Pig Oven is designed to thoroughly cook an entire pig (up to a 75-lb. pig). We make our roasters in a variety of sizes and styles, custom-made to fit the needs of your restaurant. All roasters include a “double jacket lining” of the outer and inner casings to provide optimum heat within. Read below to view details of both products.
PORK ROASTER: The New York Style Pork Roaster opens with a front door pull. The outer casing and door are made of heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel, 304 #4 Finish. It is equipped with U-shaped burners. A full size grease pan at the bottom traps and saves grease. The New York Style Pork Roaster is fully equipped with flat rods, hooks, and pointed spears.

PIG OVEN: features a double jacket lining with outer and inner casings that are made of 14-gauge stainless and 3” insulation. The roaster is available in several widths and heights (36”, 42”, 48” widths and 78” – 80” heights) and comes equipped with one 32-jet burner. A manual rotating rack provides easy loading and access. A full size grease pan at the bottom traps and saves grease. The Pig Oven is fully equipped with flat rods, hooks, and pointed spears.
